As we bid farewell to 2023, we’re feeling a magical mix of gratitude and excitement, reflecting on the love we’ve received over the past 12 months and gearing up for the mega plans we have lined up in 2024.
In true LLTW style, we’ve had a busy 2023 delivering on-trend props, killer lighting and stylish vibes to weddings, celebrations and corporate shindigs all over Yorkshire and the North West. This has included everything from small at-home parties to epic weddings and huge corporate dos. But no matter the scale of the event or size of the budget, we've poured the same high-level effort, care and attention to detail into every single one to make them a glittering success that people have loved in the moment and remembered far beyond.
At this year's endpoint, we want to thank all you wonderful people who hired us to bring our lighting and decor magic to your special occasion or event. We feel so lucky that we get to do something we love every day! More Than Just Lights
Our decor kit got a serious upgrade in 2023, allowing us to deliver far more than just (incredibly awesome!) lights. With an increasing range of styling elements added to our collection and the ability to source more when needed, we’ve been transforming spaces like never before! This includes creating perfectly on-point themed installations for popular events like Valentine’s, Halloween and Christmas, plus personalised requirements for weddings, birthdays and baby showers.
Corporate Queens
Our reputation in the business world has never shone so bright, with an increasing number of corporate clients knocking at our Yorkshire and North West doors. We always love the challenge of a corporate gig, using our styling powers to make a real impact whilst keeping everything perfectly on-brand. This year, we’re thrilled to have worked with the likes of Jet2, The Hut Group, ASDA, Co-op, LNER, Specsavers, AO, and Harrogate Fashion and Bridal Week to help them ace the aesthetics of their product launches, trade shows, company events and staff parties.
School's Out For Decor
We’ve been finding ourselves going back to school in 2023 with more education providers than ever before, wanting a piece of the LLTW action. We've spread our styling magic at schools, colleges and universities, adding that extra sparkle to proms, open days, graduations, and awards ceremonies to make the events look good, feel good and stick in people’s minds.
Bringing The Birthday A-Game
We’re also thrilled to become increasingly well-known for our epic birthday party installations and decor. Whether partying at home or hiring an event venue, we’ve been taking the celebration vibes sky-high whilst delivering the most Instagrammable backdrops you can imagine. Our most requested birthday decor in 2023 was striking bespoke installations created using backdrops, balloons and props to fit the desired colour scheme or theme and finished with cool neon signs or light-up numbers.
Decking The Halls With Flair
And speaking of magic, the festive season has seen us fully unleash our LLTW styling powers at homes and venues across the North West and Yorkshire. With its ‘more is merrier’ feel, we adore this time of year when we can go all out on the sparkle, razzle and dazzle. Our at-home installations have brought extra joy to cosy abodes, whilst our corporate events have sleighed the ‘party’ brief! Glittering disco balls have been one of our most-requested prop products, while cool neons nestled within the branches of our 6ft pre-lit Christmas trees have formed one of the season’s top decor trends!

Never one to rest on our laurels, we’re also thrilled to announce some exciting developments for early 2024 that will make our offerings even more appealing, accessible and all-round awesome!
Shine Brighter, Pay Lighter
Keen to make your experience with us as easy and accessible as possible, we will soon add a LLTW shop to our website. Not only will this make hiring our event lighting or props super straightforward, but by introducing Klarna, you’ll be able to spread the cost of your booking across several monthly instalments. We’ll also be adding our bespoke neon signs to the online shop with Klarna payment option, giving you the opportunity to buy a one-of-a-kind neon for your special event, which can then be put up in your home afterwards to treasure forevermore!
Trend Spotters & Setters
Forever keeping our finger on the what’s-trending pulse, we’ll continue to grow our dazzling collection of event lighting AND decor in 2024 as LLTW evolves into a one-stop shop for larger installations and bespoke styled creations. Choosing with care, we look out for fresh styling elements that we know will be a big hit so we can bring you the hottest looks on the wedding and celebration scene. One of our biggest trend predictions for 2024 is jaw-dropping ceiling installations, so we’ve already got a hefty stock of disco balls and party streamers (aka bangs!) ready to rock out for those of you jumping on the vibe.
'Get Lit'
After much careful planning, we’re stoked to be launching our brand new corporate lighting service, ‘Get Lit’, especially for hair and beauty businesses in Yorkshire and the North West. This will be a neon sign rotation subscription, whereby we deliver a new neon sign to be displayed at the business premises on either a monthly or three-month basis. The signs will emit feel-good sayings, such as ‘It’s A Vibe’ and ‘Good Hair Day’, that will enhance the feel of the space and provide a super gorgeous photo backdrop for team members and clients to snap and share on socials.
